- Acted for a Vietnamese technology company in an SIAC arbitration involving a claim for alleged losses of USD 33 million arising out of a share sale agreement.
- Acted for Chinese shipowners in an SIAC arbitration with bunker suppliers arising out of the collapse of the OW Bunker Group.
- Acted for the shipping arm of an Indonesian state-owned oil and gas corporation to resist an indemnity claim in the amount of USD 8 million in an LMAA arbitration.
- Acted for a leading global advertising technology company based in the US to resist winding up proceedings commenced in the Singapore High Court on the back of a USD 7.8 million claim.
- Acted for a US-based aircraft leasing company in a S$6.5 million dispute with a national carrier in the Singapore International Commercial Court (Singapore Airlines Ltd v CSDS Aircraft Sales & Leasing Inc [2021] 5 SLR 26)
- Acted for a Singapore party to an Indonesian distributorship agreement in defending a suit in the Singapore courts as well as an appeal to the Court of Appeal for an arbitral award

- Acted for the parent of a ship chartering company to set aside a Mareva injunction before the Singapore High Court.
- Acted for a group of companies and their directors in a cross-border dispute over 4 related suits relating to directors’ duties and breach of contract in the semiconductor fabrication industry.
