The team regularly handles high-value, complex commercial litigation, and are capable of assisting individuals and corporations throughout the entire process, and obtaining a reasonable settlement of the matter where need be. The team has extensive experience in directors’ duties, breach of contract, joint-venture agreements, distribution agreements, shareholder’s disputes etc.

The team also has significant experience in the Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC), having obtained the first (and to-date, only) successfully cross appeal in the SICC Court of Appeal, as well as the leading judgment on costs in the SICC.
